All prescription requests must be in writing.
The practice will not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
The practice staff and telephone system are under extreme pressure and priority must be given for urgent medical queries only.
During the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis the practice will accept requests:
Posted through the surgery letterbox
Online requests (only if previously set up, no applications currently possible)
Via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We have received an unprecedented demand for early or extra prescriptions.
Please do not telephone the practice for routine prescription enquiries.
Please allow the practice extra time to process the prescriptions.
The survey questions ask how likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. The answers rank from "extremely likely" to "extremely unlikely".
