All prescription requests must be in writing

The practice will not accept prescription requests over the telephone. 

The practice staff and telephone system are under extreme pressure and priority must be given for urgent medical queries only. 

During the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis the practice will accept requests:

Posted through the surgery letterbox

Online requests (only if previously set up, no applications currently possible)

Via email to: prescriptions.sidleysurgery@nhs.net

 We have received an unprecedented demand for early or extra prescriptions. 

Please do not telephone the practice for routine prescription enquiries.

Please allow the practice extra time to process the prescriptions. 

Accessible Information Standards

As from 1st April 2016 all practices are required to record any specific communication and information needs of patients. Therefore, we are asking patients to inform us if you have any particular needs. For example - larger print, easy to read text, a different language, contact via email, translation or interpreting services, BSL, braille, etc.
